How Support Hustle works
Creators set up a free page that pays into their own M-Pesa Till, Paybill or bank account. Fans open the link, choose an amount and approve an M-Pesa prompt. The money lands in the creator’s account in seconds, with the fan’s message on the creator’s dashboard.
For creators
Set up your page in six steps

Sign up free
Pick your username. It becomes your link, like hustle.zetupay.co.ke/yourname.

Make your page yours
Add a photo, a line about what you do, your story, up to four links, your suggested amounts and a thank-you note.

Add where you get paid
Your M-Pesa Till, a Paybill and account number, or your bank account through the bank’s Paybill.

Pass a quick check
Send your full name, ID number and phone. Your page takes support once it is approved.

Buy tokens
Pay with M-Pesa. Each tip uses one token, so nothing comes out of what fans send.

Share your link
Put it in your bios and captions, and download your QR code for shows and posters.

Your money
Where the money goes
The M-Pesa prompt pays the creator’s own Till, Paybill or bank account directly. ZetuPay sends the prompt, confirms the payment and shows it on the creator’s dashboard, but never holds the money, so there is nothing to withdraw.
The only cost is one prepaid token per tip, bought upfront. No percentage of any tip is taken.

How do fans send me money?

Does Support Hustle hold my money?
No. ZetuPay never holds your tips. The M-Pesa prompt pays your own Till, Paybill or bank account directly, so there is nothing to withdraw: the money is yours as soon as the fan pays.
How fast do I get the money?
Right away. M-Pesa pays your account when the supporter enters their PIN, and the tip shows up in your dashboard with their message.
What if a supporter’s payment fails?
If the prompt is cancelled, times out or their balance isn’t enough, nothing is paid and they can try again from your page.
Is Support Hustle safe for supporters?
Supporters approve every payment on their own phone with their M-Pesa PIN. They never type their PIN on the page.
